Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using New PDF Tools ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

New PDF Tools provides free, browser-based PDF processing tools including:

• PDF merging, splitting, and organization
• PDF conversion to and from various formats
• PDF editing, annotation, and modification
• PDF security features (password protection/removal)
• Other PDF manipulation tools

All processing occurs locally in your browser without file uploads to our servers.

You may use our service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose

As a user of our service, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to process any files you use with our tools
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting intellectual property rights of others
• Using the service in a manner that does not interfere with other users
• Keeping your browser and security software up to date
• Not attempting to reverse engineer or exploit our service

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of New PDF Tools and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to any files you process using our tools. We do not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using our service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

In no event shall New PDF Tools, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless New PDF Tools and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which New PDF Tools operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
